The House is made up of 11 tutorials. Below is the logo used for the first year of Vertical Tutoring.  When geese migrate they fly in a “V” formation.  Throughout the journey the one at the front takes greatest wind resistance and therefore requires the most amount of energy. The birds take it in turns to fly at the front, each one having there go. It does not matter how old or how strong every geese will make the journey through team work, leading and supporting each other. The Victory pupils adopt these principles into their daily lives, which in turns has a positive effect on pupils academic and pastoral success.  

After The Chafford School achieved its highest ever GCSE grades in the summer of 2009 the Logo designed by Alfie Bruin (10 Gates) seemed to be fitting for the year ahead. Alfie designed this logo with the caption “it’s in your Hands” in mind. Meaning that The Chafford School provides a sound platform for all those young individuals that want to do something special with their lives.
